Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of candles and fragrance products, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused, unburned items in their original packaging.
Used or burned candles are not eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have any questions about your specific order.
We are also unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
