What does the packaging look like?

How does ordering and fulfillment work?
All candles are hand-poured and carefully cured. Orders typically ship within 7–10 business days with tracking provided by email.
Please note: USPS may occasionally mark a package as delivered before it physically arrives. If this occurs, please allow up to 2 additional business days before reaching out.

Do you offer private branding or custom options?

How are messages handled?
Personal messages can be incorporated through our engraved keepsake lids. Personalized notes or business cards may be included separately when applicable. A small brand or care insert is included with every candle.

Candle Care & Safety
For the best experience and longest burn life:
Trim wick to ¼ inch before each burn First burn: allow 3–4 hours to establish a full melt pool Never burn more than 4 hours at a time Burn on a flat, heat-safe surface away from drafts Discontinue use when ½ inch of wax remains Always burn within sight and keep away from children and pets. Never leave unattended.
