Uncommon Wick creates premium, occasion-based candles designed to help you stay connected and show appreciation in a meaningful way. Each candle features an engraved wooden keepsake lid for moments such as birthdays, milestones, and thank-yous — creating a lasting reminder long after the candle has burned.


Do you offer gifting programs for businesses and professionals?

Yes. Uncommon Wick offers curated gifting programs designed for birthdays, milestones, and ongoing client or team appreciation.

Simply provide your recipient list and preferred program, and we handle production, fulfillment, and delivery. Our programs are ideal for professionals who want a consistent, thoughtful way to show appreciation — without managing individual orders or remembering important dates.

What makes Uncommon Wick different from other gifts?

How does ordering and fulfillment work?

All Uncommon Wick candles are hand-poured and cured with care. Orders typically ship within 7–10 business days.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Please note: USPS may occasionally mark a package as delivered before it physically arrives. If this occurs, please allow up to 2 additional business days for delivery.


Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States to ensure quality, consistency, and reliable delivery.


Are the candles gift-ready?

Yes. Every Uncommon Wick candle arrives cleanly packaged and gift-ready. No additional wrapping or preparation is required.


How are messages handled?

Occasion messaging is handled through our engraved wooden lids. Personalized notes or cards may be included separately when applicable.

Uncommon Wick may include a small brand or care insert with each candle.


Do you offer private branding or custom options?

Yes. Private branding and custom engraved lids are available for qualifying gifting programs.
These options are designed for businesses looking to create a cohesive, intentional gifting experience.

What are your fragrances like?

Each candle is lightly scented using a clean, phthalate-free fragrance blend selected to complement the message and occasion.

Our fragrances are intentionally soft and gift-friendly — designed to create a calming, elevated experience without being overpowering. They are best enjoyed in smaller rooms or cozy spaces.


Refunds & Issues

All sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us — we’re always happy to help.


Can I request a sample?

Yes. Samples are available upon request, particularly for gifting programs.

Candle Care & Safety

For the best experience and safe use:

  • Trim wick to ¼ inch before each burn

  • Allow 3–4 hours on the first burn to create a full melt pool

  • Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time

  • Burn on a flat surface and away from drafts

  • Discontinue use when ½ inch of wax remains

  • Always burn within sight and keep away from children and pets
